On Tuesday, 18 March 2025, the Lebanese Army Command and the Computer and Industrial Sciences Institute (CIS College) signed an academic cooperation protocol at the Army Command headquarters in Yarzeh.
The agreement provides educational scholarships to military personnel across various levels of study, alongside specialised courses in technical and vocational fields.
The protocol was signed by Brigadier General Engineer Robert Mansour on behalf of the Lebanese Army Command, and by Dr. Abdul Kader Mekdash, President of CIS Group, in the presence of officers and members of the CIS administrative delegation.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to skills development and to keeping pace with scientific and technological progress, helping build a highly qualified force that serves the national interest.
