This policy applies to training courses ordered through this website or registered at any CIS College branch.
Cancelling your enrollment
You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of the enrollment date without giving a reason. To cancel, inform us by email, by WhatsApp, or at the branch where you registered.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used. Payments made at a branch are refunded at that branch. You will not be charged any fees for the refund itself.
Requests made after the course has started are reviewed case by case by the branch administration.
Course delivery
- On-campus courses: after your registration and payment are confirmed, your branch contacts you with the schedule and starting date.
- Online courses: access details are sent to your email within 2 to 3 working days of enrollment. Online learning is delivered through Microsoft Teams.
