THE DEPARTMENT
What the Funded Programs Department does
At CIS, the Funded Programs Department designs, runs, and manages high-impact education and employability projects funded by local and international donors. Working across all CIS branches, it partners with development agencies, NGOs, private-sector partners, and government bodies to deliver inclusive, skills-based programs that match the changing needs of the job market. Every project combines technical training, soft skills, and job placement through our Career Hub, so learning leads to work.
