Digital Marketing Level 1

Overview
Digital Marketing Level 1 is CIS College’s foundation course for anyone starting out in digital marketing. Over 30 hours of hybrid, hands on training at CIS branches across Lebanon and online, you will build a clear, practical understanding of how digital marketing actually works, from websites and search engines to social platforms and email.
This course is built for beginners with little or no prior knowledge of digital marketing. You will leave with the core vocabulary, tools, and thinking you need to either continue to Digital Marketing Level 2 or start applying digital marketing in a real job or business.

- How the digital marketing ecosystem fits together: websites, landing pages, SEO, and social platforms
- The basics of content marketing, including content research through social listening and competitor monitoring
- How to put together a simple content marketing plan
- How search engines work, and the fundamentals of keywords and search engine results pages
- The role of a social media marketer and how to read engagement metrics such as likes, shares, and comments
- The fundamentals of email marketing, including strategy, legislation, and the role of an email service provider
