Gate Systems Installation, Maintenance and Repair

Overview
This course equips you with the technical and practical skills to install, operate, maintain, and repair the gate systems widely used across Lebanon, including sliding, swing, rolling, and barrier gates. Training combines theoretical grounding in safety and standards with intensive hands-on work on electrical systems, motors, control panels, and the civil works involved in a full gate installation.
By the end of the course, you will be able to prepare a site, install a complete gate system from foundation to control panel, and diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical faults, all while working to Lebanese safety standards.
What You Will Learn
- The types of gates used in the Lebanese market and how they operate
- How to apply Lebanese safety standards and use proper protective equipment during installation and repair
- Site preparation, foundation work, and installation of frames, panels, tracks, and rollers
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of motors, gearboxes, and control panels
- Preventive maintenance and efficiency checks
- Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical faults
- How to complete a full installation and testing project under real conditions
