Aluminum Works

Overview
This Aluminum Works course, known in Arabic as الألمنيوم والحدادة, teaches the practical skills behind one of the most widely used materials in construction. Aluminum is prized for its properties and its cost, and this course builds your ability to work with it confidently, from reading a drawing to cutting, assembling, and installing a finished door or window. CIS College is Lebanon’s largest private vocational college, founded in 1991, with branches across the country, and training takes place in a workshop equipped with the tools of the trade.
You will also pick up general metalworking skills that overlap with aluminum fabrication, since many of the same machines and techniques are shared with general blacksmithing work. By the end of the course, you will be able to work with aluminum material to shape and assemble the products the profession calls for.
