Fashion Design Level 2

Overview
Fashion Design Level 2 takes you from the drawing board into the workshop. Over 24 hours you will learn how to read and handle fabric, take proper body measurements, and work directly on a mannequin using draping, drafting and flat pattern cutting techniques.
By the end of the level, you will have practiced constructing real garment pieces, including skirts, a dress, a top and pants, using the methods and fabric weights that suit each design. This level builds directly on the drawing and design foundation from Level 1 and prepares you for the advanced collection work in Level 3.
