Building Contractor and Foreman

Overview
Building Contractor and Foreman, known in Arabic as متعهد اشغال البناء, trains you to manage a construction site from the ground up. You will learn what a foreman is responsible for on a masonry site, a decor and finishing site, and a concrete site, including worker management, safety, documentation, coordinating with engineers, and keeping a site organized and moving on schedule. The training covers real day to day foreman tasks, from securing tools and workers each morning, to reviewing plans, tracking deliveries, and reporting on progress.
This is a 6-month program made up of 120 to 140 hours of classroom and site based training, followed by 3 months of supervised practical work managing real site tasks alongside experienced contractors. The full program costs 1550 USD.
