Hospitality Management

Overview
CIS College’s Hospitality Management course introduces you to the structure and daily operations of the hospitality industry. Across 48 hours, you will explore what makes hospitality unique, how hotels are organized into departments, and how each department works together to deliver a smooth guest experience.
You will move from the big picture, tourism segments and the reasons people travel, down to practical operational knowledge covering front office, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and the basics of hospitality sales, human resources, accounting, and maintenance.
