Overview
Real estate has become one of the most important pillars of a country’s economic activity, generating revenue through registration fees, notary fees, and building permits. This 40-hour course introduces you to the real estate profession from the ground up, starting with the core concept of real estate and its different types, then walking through the full buying and selling process, from selecting a property to determining its price.
You will learn how real estate experts add value at every stage of a transaction, how financing and land survey status affect a deal, and how documentation, contracts, and registration work in practice. The course closes with investment principles, building project licensing, ownership systems, and how properties are marketed and priced.
