Tailoring

Overview
The Tailoring course is a practical, hands on program that builds real sewing and tailoring skills from the ground up. Over 40 hours you will be introduced to the sewing machine, different fabric types, sewing tools, threads and stitches, and you will practice measuring, cutting and assembling real garments, including collars, sleeves, cuffs and waistbands.
Training combines theory with live, practical demonstration in a modern workshop equipped with professional sewing machines. The course is built to prepare you for real tailoring work, whether that means joining a sewing workshop as a professional or eventually running your own.
