UI/UX Design
Overview
This 20 hour course teaches UI/UX design through two of the industry’s most used tools: Adobe XD and Figma. You will move from the basics of each tool through prototyping and component design, applying what you learn to a real website design project in Adobe XD and an app design project in Figma.
The course is hands on throughout, with project corrections built into the schedule so you get direct feedback as your skills develop.
What You Will Learn
- How to set up and navigate documents, artboards, and frames in Adobe XD and Figma
- Auto alignment and responsive resize techniques
- How to import and mask illustrator files inside your design tool
- How to build interactive prototypes with buttons and page navigation
- How to design and use components, including hover states, toggles, and variants
- How to build a complete website design in Adobe XD
- How to build a complete app design, including an ecommerce app, in Figma
