Overview
This 16 hour course prepares you to work confidently as an administrative assistant in any office setting. You will build the practical mix of skills that keeps an office running smoothly: clear communication, organized files, dependable customer service, and comfort with everyday office software.
The course moves from the fundamentals of professionalism and workplace ethics through hands on practice with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, filing and records management, basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and reconciliation, and problem solving on the job. You finish with a practical module where you apply everything you have learned to real office scenarios.
