Barista

Overview
The Barista course at CIS College takes you from the basics of coffee through to full espresso and brewing mastery over 30 hours of guided and hands-on instruction. You will learn how coffee is grown and processed, how to use espresso machines and grinders, how to extract and calibrate espresso, how to steam milk for latte art, and how to prepare a full range of coffee shop beverages and alternative brewing methods such as V60, French press, and batch brew.
The course runs in a hybrid format, combining classroom sessions with hands-on practice at CIS branches across Lebanon, so you build real barista skills behind the machine.
