Cake Design

Overview
The Cake Design course at CIS College takes you through the full process of making a cake, from choosing quality ingredients to finishing it with professional decorating techniques. Over 24 hours of hands-on training, you will learn how to prepare cake batter, bake and cut cakes correctly, and turn a plain cake into a beautifully decorated centerpiece.
You will work with a variety of creams, fillings, and flavors, and practice fondant and sugar paste decorating so you can design cakes to match any occasion. By the end of the course, you will have the skills to prepare, fill, and decorate cakes with confidence, whether for personal projects or a home bakery business.

Certification
Upon successful completion of the Cake Design course, students receive a certificate recognized by the Directorate General of Technical and Vocational Education (DGVTE).
