Chocolate Design

Overview
The Chocolate Design course at CIS College introduces you to the art of working with chocolate as a creative medium. Over 24 hours of hands-on training, you will learn how to prepare workable chocolate and shape it using molds to create a variety of forms, colors, and finishes.
You will practice decorating techniques and patterns, work with food coloring to add artistic detail, and combine tastes, colors, and textures to design original chocolate pieces. Training is guided directly by professional trainers so you can build your skills and confidence quickly.

Certification
