Life Coach

Overview
This 32 hour Life Coach course takes participants from the fundamentals of coaching through to running a full coaching session on their own. Across 8 weeks, participants learn what life coaching is, how it differs from mentoring and therapy, and the ethical boundaries that guide the profession, then build core skills such as active listening, powerful questioning, goal setting, and structuring a session using the GROW model.
The course also covers mindset work, visualization and accountability tools, and how to handle difficult coaching situations such as resistant clients.
