Moune: Lebanese Home Preserves

The Moune course at CIS College introduces students to the Lebanese tradition of moune, the seasonal preparation and preservation of food for the year ahead. Over 24 hours of hands-on training, you will learn the core methods Lebanese households have used for generations to preserve vegetables, fruit, and other seasonal ingredients safely and deliciously.
This course gives you a practical, hands-on introduction to preserving food the traditional way, whether you want to stock your own home pantry or explore a Lebanese culinary tradition passed down through generations.
