Overview
Real Estate Level 2 builds on the fundamentals from Level 1 and focuses on handling higher-value, high-ticket real estate deals. This 30-hour course looks at why bigger transactions need a different approach to marketing and client follow-up, and teaches practical techniques for building trust, tracking prospects, and closing higher-value sales.
You will learn how to represent a property with credibility, set up simple tracking and follow-up systems, communicate effectively with prospective buyers, and match your marketing effort to the right audience so that your time is spent on the deals most likely to close.
